What do you need MORE of?

In my last post I went on and on about how our society fosters a “more is better” mindset.

It might seem strange that I’m asking you to think about needing “More” today.

Why the contraction, right?

I have no doubt that there ARE things that you desire MORE of that actually would benefit your well-being, the quality of your business and your life and raise the vibe of everyone around you.

So what do you desire and actually need MORE of?

  • More passion
  • 
More fun
  • 
More quality distraction-free time with your loved ones
  • More time alone
More self-care
  • More spiritual and soul practices
  • More time outside
More boundaries
  • More saying NO
  • More love, freedom, space, time.

What do you need more of?

This list isn’t meant to be a long list of all your desires.

I ask you to ponder this to get at the core of what you need more of in order to truly thrive – to feel more empowered, connected and a deeper sense of purpose?

As we continue our 5 days of question to ask yourself series, it’s time for us to explore today’s 2nd question: What do you need MORE of?
